Facial Exercises

Probably, a good laugh is the best way to relax a tense face, but these facial exercises also help to tone the face muscles quickly.

1. Scrunch up your whole face for a few seconds so that your nose is wrinkled, your forehead furrowed, and your eyes and mouth are tightly closed.

2. Do the opposite. Open your mouth and eyes as wide as you can.

3. Close your mouth again, purse your lips, and push your mouth up to the left, then push to the right.

4. Grin – as if from ear to ear and open your eyes wide again.

5. Hold and repeat the grin, but this time, tuck in your chin to tighten your neck muscles

Facial Exercises

You may have heard of isometrics. Isometrics is a form of facial exercise. For example, leaning your head back a bit, opening, and closing your mouth. You will feel the muscles in your neck flexing. This exercise is to keep the neck tight. Another example is when you are putting lotion on your neck take your fingers in an upward stroke. This also tightens neck muscles.

Try This Exercise

Believe it or not, the more you laugh the more you exercise your face. Laughing gets rid of all the tension in your face. On the other hand, you can try this exercise:

• Scrunch up your face, make sure the wrinkles are in your forehead. Tightly close your mouth and eyes and make sure your nose is wrinkled.
• Now do the opposite open your eyes and your mouth Next, close your mouth and purse your lips.
• Now push and take your mouth up to the right then to the left.Now grin from ear to ear.Tuck in your chin to tighten the neck muscles.

Natural Face Lift

Facial fitness is an exercise regimen that involves working out the muscles of the face to prevent them from sagging. It works on the same principle that if we exercise the muscles of our body, then the muscles will become toned and the skin will visibly improve.

The muscles of the face also need to be exercised.
